1. Information We Collect
When you use Analoo, we collect information you provide directly (name, email address, password) and information generated through your use of the service (Google Search Console data you authorize, AI visibility tracking queries, and usage analytics).
We connect to Google Search Console via OAuth to retrieve your search performance data. We never store your Google credentials — only the access tokens you explicitly authorize.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Analoo service: tracking Google rankings, AI search visibility, and generating recommendations
- To send you product updates, reports, and account notifications
- To improve the product through anonymized usage analytics
- To process billing and prevent fraud
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your SEO or site data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
3. Data Sharing
We share your data only with:
- Service providers — cloud infrastructure (AWS), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and error monitoring (Sentry)
- Google — to retrieve your authorized Search Console data
- AI providers — Anthropic Claude is used to generate recommendations; query data is processed under their API terms
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Search Console data is retained for up to 18 months to support trend analysis. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@analoo.com.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access tokens are stored encrypted. We conduct regular security reviews. If you discover a security issue, please report it to security@analoo.com.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing communications

Analoo uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (PostHog or Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns — you can opt out via your browser settings.
