Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Analoo platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including free, trial, and paid subscribers.

2. Service Description

Analoo is an SEO and AI search visibility platform that connects to Google Search Console to track organic rankings and monitors how AI models (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini) reference your brand and content. The Service includes keyword tracking, AI visibility scoring, and actionable recommendations.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You may not share accounts or use the Service for multiple organizations under a single subscription unless permitted by your plan
  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to track websites or brands you do not own or have authority to analyze
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service infrastructure
  • Use the Service to engage in deceptive SEO practices or manipulate search engines
  • Resell access to the Service without written permission

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Free plans are subject to usage limits. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

Refunds are available within 7 days of your first payment. After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Data and Google Search Console

By connecting your Google Search Console account, you authorize Analoo to retrieve and store your search performance data for analysis. You retain ownership of your data. Analoo does not sell your Search Console data or use it to benefit other customers.

You can revoke Google authorization at any time via your Google account settings or Analoo account settings.

7. Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI search visibility data, as this depends on live model responses which are not under our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analoo’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted.
